FAQ
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is after 2pm - checkout before 11am. Of course we are flexible - you can always leave your stuff at the reception and hang out by the pool, get shit done in the coworking space or enjoy a good coffee at Kooks Cafe.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 30 days get a full refund. For cancellations within 30 days or no show, the fee will be the total price of the down payment. To cancel, email us at hello@wavesandwifi.com
What payment methods do you accept?
At Waves & Wifi and Kooks Cafe you can pay cash (USD & Cordobas) - we also accept Credit Card Payments (the bank will charge around 5% fees).

The coworking space is open 24h for our guests. If you are not staying at Waves & Wifi you can purchase a daily, weekly or monthly membership and access the space via a code 24/7 as well.
